Recreational Director, Preschool and Mommy and Me Coach
My name is Lauren “Lu” Dmochowsky and I was born in Everett, WA. I am now currently living in Lake Stevens with my husband and two dogs. I started gymnastics at the age of 1 and continued until I was 15 years old. I competed for 15 years finishing as a level 10, and then switched to competitive and high school cheerleading. I cheered for three years at Snohomish High School where I graduated in 2011. I started coaching at 14 years old and quickly fell in love with teaching children!
I graduated from Boise State University in May of 2015 with a degree in K-12 Physical Education. During my four years at Boise State I maintained honors and was Captain of my Cheerleading team. When living in Boise I coached at Bronco Elite Gymnastics as a compulsory coach for the level 3 and 4 team. I also received the privilege of being on the BSU Cheer Travel Team for four years where I got to cheer at all away football games and numerous Bowl games. In addition, I was a Resident Assistant for Towers Hall at Boise State University for a year where I was in charge of over 30 residences on my floor.
I have passion for teaching and could not be more excited to be home. I am married to my best friend Garrett Dmochowsky and am lucky enough to work with him as well. We are both very excited to start taking on more responsibility as future owners!
